Monday-Friday 9:
30 am till 5:
30 pm (can be somewhat flexible if needed)
Pay Rate:
$20-$27/hr. will depend on level of experience
Duration:
Temp to possible hire for the right candidate
Accounting Clerk Job Duties:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliations
Payroll done through ADP
Answer phones and direct to the appropriate person
Additional duties as needed
Accounting Clerk Job Requirements:
Must have QuickBooks
Experience in all accounting functions
Positive & enthusiastic energy
Strong computer skills
Familiar with ADP
