We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can easily interact with our family of patients.
Experience Required:
No less than 2 years previous dental office front desk experience that includes treatment coordinating Knowledge of dental and insurance terminology Computer literate with preferred experience in Dentrix software Dental assisting background preferred Knowledge and experience in a previous office with general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, implants, oral surgery, periodontics, and orthodontics Responsibilities include:
Treatment planning and presenting the plan to the patient Entering insurance and adjustments Answering patient inquiries Check in and check out patients and collect copays and balances Confirming appointments Answering phones, and responding to emails and texts Scheduling patients for treatment Insurance verification Following up with reports We treat our patients like family and offer an environment that thrives on teamwork!
