You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintaining medical records.
As a medical office receptionist you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations.
Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems operations.
Available Days Include:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Available Hours Include:

00PM Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency Answer phone calls Develop and implement office policies and procedures Maintain medical records Liaise with doctor and providers to identify potential office dysfunctions Provide informative material for patients Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards.
Skills Proven work experience as a medical office receptionist (PT/Chiro office preferred) Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles Ability to handle medical records discreetly Knowledge of medical issues and terminology Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations.
Communication skills and a customer service orientation Job Type:
