Job duties include:
Monitoring swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensuring policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.
Administering first aid in the event of injury, rescuing swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and/or administering CPR if necessary.
Evaluating conditions for safety and initiating the emergency action plan as required.
Inspecting pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure they are safe and usable.
Cleaning the pool by vacuuming, brushing the tile line, and skimming when necessary.
Completing chemical water testing for pH and chlorine.
No lifeguard certification? No problem! We offer greatly discounted American Red Cross lifeguard certification courses in multiple locations throughout NJ.
As a lifeguard at Carmona Pool Services, you get to make your own schedule - work as many or as little hours as you want.
