The Member Experience Associate will ensure that members receive the highest quality of service and facilities, as well as deliver an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in members as they come in.
Resolve customer issues in an effective manner.
Sell memberships, retail, and merchandise.
Follow up with prospects promptly.
Ensure a safe and clean health club environment for members and staff.
Open and close the facility if scheduled.
Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
