Responsibilities:
New Jersey Outboards is a high volume new and used boat dealer.
The Service Advisor will take phone calls and help customers at the Service Writer Desk to get their boat serviced and any questions answered.
Will maintain our Service Schedule and New Boat Delivery Schedule.
Will also be Verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.
Looking for a motivated individual with good organizational skills and a great personality to deal with day to day clients needs and customer service requests.
